Troubles during your stay

I can't use the wifi.
There is a router and a modem in the living room. Please unplug both of them. After that, please turn on the modem (the black one) and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router (the white one).  If this does not solve the problem, there is a possibility that the cable is not plugged in properly.

If none of the above solutions work, please send us a picture of your modem and router lights so we can check their status.

There is no hot water. What should I do?
If the hot water was running at first but stopped halfway through, it is possible that the safety device has been activated due to prolonged use.Please follow the instructions here to restore the system.

I don't know how to use the projector.
There are instructions on how to use the projector in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.  Please refer to it first.

What should I do in case of a power outage?
Please make sure that the breaker is not tripped.

Where is the breaker located?
Please check the breaker at the entrance. Please check the breaker at the entrance and turn on the breaker if it is turned off.

About Reservation Changes

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other guests, we will make a decision around 5:00 p.m. on the day before or 12:00 p.m. on the day of the check-in/check-out and inform you of our decision. The additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5,000 yen per hour.

Can I change my itinerary?
Yes, you can change the date of your stay, but you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy if the period for which the cancellation policy is applicable has been reached.
Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my party?
Changes in the number of persons can be made by the day before the stay.
Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for each day, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for any additional guests.In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee.

What is the maximum number of guests?
The maximum number of guests is 11. The bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you prefer, you can stay in the room with the usual additional charge. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Entering, parking, and access

<How to enter>
Please check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

<Parking>
Parking is allowed for up to two cars in the blue box.
Please refer to the second image for the third car.

Are cabs available?
Yes, taxis are available. However, cabs are always in short supply in Atami City, so we recommend that you make a reservation at least one day in advance.
Please note that even if a cab cannot be dispatched by check-out time, our cleaning staff may enter the room. Our inn is located in the Tozawa Subdivision. When making arrangements with a cab company, please inform them of the name of the above location. The following cab companies can dispatch cabs.

Where is the nearest train station? Can I walk to the inn from the station?
It takes about one hour on foot to the nearest station, Atami Station. We recommend that you take a cab.

Access by bus
There is a bus stop called "Sasaragadai Iriguchi" on the Atami Hakone Touge Route, about a 30-minute walk from the inn. Buses stop approximately every hour to take you to the bus stop at Atami Station.

Bedrooms & Floor Plans

What is the layout of the rooms?
The layout of our inn is 3 bed room house with a terrace.
1F: Living room, dining room, kitchen, Japanese-style room, bath, toilet, laundry room
Second floor: Western-style room, Japanese-style room, study room.

Please let us know the bedding in each room.
2F: Japanese/Western room 1 -> 1 double bed, 3 single beds 1 double bed, 3 single beds
2F Western-style room 2 -> 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, futon set 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 1 futon set
1F Japanese-style room → 2 futon sets
Futon mattresses are thick and firm, as used in Japanese inns.

BBQ

Please tell us about your BBQ.
You can use our international gas grill.
You can enjoy BBQ from 9:00 to 21:00.Please be punctual.
There is no roof, so it is not available on rainy days.

2,500 yen per stay
Please pay using the QR code on site. Reservations are not required.

*For fire prevention, please refrain from bringing in or using charcoal grills.

No advance reservations are required. Please pay by credit card using the QR code provided at the facility.

I cannot light the BBQ.

How many cups of rice does the rice cooker cook?
5 cups.

Are hot plates available?
No, we do not have hot plates.

Do you have pots, pans, and cassette stoves?
Yes. 9 earthenware pot, cassette stove, and gas cylinder are available.

Does the microwave oven have an oven function?
No, we do not have an oven function.

Do you have ice?
We do not have ice, but we do have a plastic ice machine, but it takes a long time to make ice and the amount of ice is small, so we do not need a lot of ice.
If you need a large amount of ice, please bring your own.

Can I drink the water?
Yes, you can.

<Projector / TV related>
I don't know how to operate the projector equipment.
The black booklet in the facility provides detailed instructions on how to operate the projector.

Can I connect a PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
An HDMI cable is required to connect other devices. We do not provide HDMI cables, so if you need one, please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long.

Do you have a TV?
No, we do not. We use Amazon FireTV Stick.
We use Amazon FireTV Stick, but terrestrial digital broadcasting is not available.

<Baths>
How big is the bath?
The bathtub can accommodate about four people.

<Air Conditioning>
Do you have air conditioning in all rooms?
Yes, we do.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are provided?
You may use the following amenities provided for your stay, regardless of the duration: a set of face towels and bath towels is provided once, but for stays of three nights or more, two sets are provided. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer available to you.

Is toothpaste available?
Yes, we have a set of toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Are there enough slippers for the number of guests?
Yes, we have slippers for each guest.

Do you have pajamas?
No, we do not.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
We have spoons, forks,  eating utensils and one high chair for children.
If you need two high chairs, please contact us.

Do you have a washing machine and dryer?
We have a washing machine and a gas dryer. We also have laundry detergent and fabric softener.

fireworks

Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are allowed in the parking lot as long as they are hand-held.
Please enjoy fireworks at Atami Sun Beach, which is 18 minutes away by car, as long as they are non-sounding.

Can we see fireworks from the hotel?
Yes, you can view the fireworks from our facility.

Do you have buckets?
No, we do not have buckets, so please bring your own.

Can you deliver meals?
There are very few restaurants that can provide this service. The only restaurant we have confirmed to be able to deliver meals is Pizza.

Where is the nearest supermarket?
There is a MaxValu Atami store about 15 minutes away by car.

Do you provide pick-up service?
We do not provide pick-up service. Please use a car or public transportation.

What about towels and amenities for guests staying for two or more nights?

Do you provide cleaning service during my stay?
No, we do not. However, we may be able to provide cleaning service for stays of 5 nights or more.

Can I drop off my luggage before check-in?
Depending on the situation, it may be possible. Please contact us via message.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Depending on the situation, it may be possible. Please contact us via message.

The following is a list of important points to keep in mind.

Access and the surrounding environment

Stairs
Please note that you will need to climb about 70 steps from the parking space to the entrance of the inn.

Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. There is a Maxvalu Atami store about 15 minutes away by car.

Cab
Cabs are scarce in Atami City, so it is recommended to make a reservation the day before. Please note that we will start cleaning even if the cab is not dispatched in time for your check-out time.

While you are staying

Please clean up after yourself during your stay.
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.

Damage and defacement
If any damage or defacement is found to the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the damage or defacement. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If you are found smoking inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Insects
Insects may enter the rooms due to the natural surroundings of the facility. Vapes, mosquito coils(Only from March to October) and  insect repellents are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found.

Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may cause the floor to burn, or in the worst case, cause a fire.

Aerial Terrace
The aerial terrace is not fenced off for landscaping purposes. Please be careful not to fall from the terrace. Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following behaviors.
If the level of noise is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. Use of speakers and conversation is not a problem as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Separation of garbage
Please sort garbage into 4 categories: burnable garbage, PET bottles, cans, and bottles.

In case of injury during your stay
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

Fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.

Please understand that this is due to the fact that there are some guests with bad manners.

1. If the actual number of guests is different from the reserved number

Basically, an additional charge is required to add the number of guests.
Please contact us for more details. If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.
*We have security cameras installed outside.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If you vomit, spill a drink, or smoke in the room, we may charge you a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

The full amount of the relevant items may be charged.

4. If there is a significant delay in check-out
5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.
