I can't get wifi to work, is there any way to fix this?
There is a router behind the TV. Please unplug the power cord from the wall, wait about 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
If the problem persists, please send us a photo message so that we can check the status of the blinking lamp.
I cannot get hot water. What should I do?
The method of handling the problem varies depending on the situation.

What should I do if the power goes out?
There is a breaker in the washroom. If there is a breaker that is turned off, turn it back on.

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other guests, we will make a decision around 5:00 p.m. on the day before or 12:00 p.m. on the day of the check-in/check-out and inform you of our decision. The additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5,000 yen per hour.
Can I change my itinerary?
Yes, you can change the date of your stay, but you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy if the period for which the cancellation policy is applicable has been reached.Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.
How late can I change the number of people in my party?
Changes in the number of persons can be made by the day before the stay.
Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for any additional guests.
What is the maximum number of guests?
The maximum number of guests is 10. The bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you prefer, you can stay in the room with the usual additional charge. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
<How to enter the room>
Please check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.
<Parking and Access to the property>
On-site: Parking space for 2 cars available. The parking lot is located 30 meters before the stairs down to the inn, on the left side.

Are cabs available?
Yes, taxis are available. However, cabs are always in short supply in Atami City, so we recommend that you make a reservation at least one day in advance.
If a cab cannot be dispatched by check-out time, our cleaning staff may still be able to enter your room.
Where is the nearest train station?
Izu-Taga Station.
Can I walk to the inn from the station?
It is quite far on foot, so we recommend that you take a bus or a cab.
Access by bus
There is a bus stop called "Asahi-oka" near the intersection of Atami Plum Garden Entrance, about 10 minutes walk from the inn. 4 buses a day stop at the bus stop and take you to Atami Station.
Are cabs available?
Yes, taxis are available. However, cabs are always in short supply in Atami City, so we recommend that you make a reservation at least one day in advance. When making arrangements with a cab company, please provide them with the address of the inn and they will be able to dispatch a cab.

We provide a cab dispatch service for those who have difficulty booking a cab in Japanese. If you would like to use this service, please contact us by 4:00 p.m. the day before the day you would like the taxi dispatched, and inform us of the time, number of passengers, and destination. Please note that cabs are in short supply in Atami City, and if the above time is exceeded, there is a high possibility that the desired reservation will not be made, so please be sure to contact us by this time.
Dog Run
We have a 50-square-meter natural grass dog run with a grassed area. The dog run is completely private, so you and your guests can enjoy it without worrying about your surroundings.
Are there any areas that are off-limits?
Only the 2nd floor is off-limits. Other than that, you and your dog are welcome to spend time anywhere on the premises. We ask that you please be considerate of roughhousing, such as by using manners pants. Please contact us in case of any misbehavior.
Number of dogs and breed restrictions
There is no limit on the number of dogs, but there is an additional fee of 2,500 yen per dog for the third dog. Please note that extra large dogs are available upon request.

Yes, there is. The 50-inch TV in the living room is equipped with terrestrial broadcasting, Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, etc. If you wish to watch paid content, you cannot do so with our account. If you wish to watch paid content, please prepare a paid account as it is not available with our account. If you wish to project your own content, please bring a 3m HDMI cable for connection. We have a washing machine and a gas dryer. We also have laundry detergent and fabric softener.
Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
However, fireworks are permitted at Nagahama Seaside Park, which is 7 minutes away by car, as long as they are non-sounding.
Can I see fireworks from your facility?

Do you have buckets?
No, we do not have buckets, so please bring your own.

<Access and the surrounding environment>
Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. There is a Maxvalu Atami store about 15 minutes away by car.
Cab
Cabs are scarce in Atami City, so it is recommended to make a reservation the day before. Please note that we will start cleaning even if the cab is not dispatched in time for your check-out time.
During your stay
Please clean up after yourself during your stay.
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.
Damage and defacement
If any damage or defacement is found to the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the damage or defacement. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If you are found smoking inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.
Insects
Insects may enter the rooms due to the natural surroundings of the facility. Vapes, insect repellents, insecticidal sprays, and mosquito coils (summer only) are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found.
Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may cause the floor to burn, or in the worst case, cause a fire.
Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following behaviors.
If the level of noise is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. Use of speakers and conversation is not a problem as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.
Separation of garbage
Please sort garbage into 4 categories: burnable garbage, PET bottles, cans, and bottles.
In case of injury during your stay
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.
Fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that this is due to the fact that there are some guests with bad manners.
1. If the actual number of guests is different from the reserved number
Basically, an additional charge is required to add the number of guests.
Please contact us for more information. If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.

2. If the room is extremely dirty
If you vomit, spill a drink, or smoke in the room, we may charge you a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.
3. In case of damage or theft
The full amount of the relevant items may be charged.
If there is a significant delay in check-out, we may charge 5,000 yen/30 minutes.
