I can't use Wifi.
The router and modem are located on the second floor next to the kitchen. Please unplug both of them. After that, please turn on the modem (the black one), and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router. If this does not solve the problem, the LAN cable may not be firmly connected.
If none of these methods solve the problem, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.

I can't get hot water. What should I do?
Is the water heater equipped with a switch? There are two switches for the water heater.
No hot water in kitchen → water heater switch next to kitchen
No hot water in bath, washroom, or outdoor shower -> water heater switch next to bathroom entrance

If the unit was working at first but stops working in the middle of the day, the safety device may have been activated due to prolonged use.

What should I do if the power goes out?
Please try the following response methods.

1. Open the breaker door and check the electrical switchboard.
2. If you find a breaker that is "OFF", turn it back "ON".

You will find instructions for use in the black booklet in the living room of the facility. Please take a look at it first.

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to other customers' reservations, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5,000 yen per 30 minutes.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.

We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 10. Bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Pets are also allowed to stay.
An additional accommodation fee of [8,000 yen/night per dog] will be charged, which will be collected separately after the reservation is made.

The limit for use is two dogs of medium size or smaller.
*In the event that a pet is found to be in the room without prior notification, a penalty fee of 1.5 times the regular pet fee will be charged in addition to the regular pet fee. Please understand this in advance.

How to enter
You will be asked to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

There is a bus stop called "Ideal Township" about a 4-minute walk away.

An HDMI cable is required for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide HDMI cables, so if you need one, please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long.

Hot spring bath. The bathtub is slightly larger than that of an ordinary home bathtub and can accommodate one or two persons.
This is a hot spring with hot spring water flowing from the source. There are restrictions on hot water supply days and hours, so please check below.

About cleaning up during your stay

Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Cigarettes
Smoking is not allowed in the room. please smoke in the smoking area next to the spiral staircase on the first floor.
If smoking is found inside a room or outside of a smoking area, we will charge you for the cost of deodorizing and returning the area to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Insecticide spray and mosquito coils (only from March to October) are available. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event of insect infestation.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following acts.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

If you are injured during your stay
The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

About fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that this is due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests

Basically, an additional fee is required to add more people. In case of unauthorized overbooking, you may be charged an amount of 【20,000円 x the number of overbooked persons】. Please be sure to inform us of any changes to your reservation.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If vomiting, spilled drinks, or smoking in the room are found, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).

4. In case of substantial delay in check-out

A late fee of 2,500 yen/15 minutes may be charged.
