What should I do if I️ lose power?
You may have exceeded your usage. If the breaker in the kitchen is turned off, turn it up.

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 9 per hour000 yen.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.

What is the maximum number of people?
The maximum number of guests is 12. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

It is not possible to walk to the nearest "Atami Station". Use of a cab is recommended.

If you are unable to ignite the product using the correct procedure, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check and perform the following steps in order from the top to the bottom.

1. Check the main valve
Is the main gas valve open? Even if it is open, the gas may be clogged and opening and closing it several times may solve the problem. Also, just to be sure that the gas is not turned off in the house, check to see if the gas stove in the kitchen is turned on.

2. Confirmation of knobs
Turning the knob should press the ignition switch, do you hear a click? If you hear it, try turning the knob slowly to activate the ignition switch. (Allow a little gas to build up before operating the switch.)
If you do not hear it, try 3. as the ignition switch may be defective.

3. Ignition with Chuckerman
The ignition part may not be working properly for some reason.

About Sauna

Available for a fee of 11,000 yen/day. Please wear a bathing suit.

How to use the sauna
Please follow the steps below.

1. Please scan the QR code at the entrance to the sauna and pay the fee of 11,000 yen.
2. After payment is completed, a PIN number will be issued to open the padlock.
3. Activate the panel and press the heater button.
4. Set the indoor temperature by plus or minus from the menu button.
5. The operation time should also be set using the menu button and the plus/minus buttons.
6. After completing the above settings, please confirm that the sauna room temperature has reached the set temperature and enter the sauna.

What precautions should I take to ensure safe use of the sauna?
For your safety and enjoyment, please note the following

• Be sure to wear a swimsuit.
• Please refrain from using the sauna after drinking alcohol, as it is very dangerous.

If Wifi is not available

Damage or defacement

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
