Facility problems (hot water, power outages)

❓I️ don't have hot water. What should I do?
The method of response will vary depending on the situation.

If there is no hot water from the hot water/shower in the kitchen
Please check if the water heater is switched on.

If hot water was running but stopped halfway through
Safety devices may have been activated due to prolonged use.

❓What should I do if I️ lose power?
It is possible that the usage has gone over the limit. Check the breakers in the kitchen and turn on any breakers that are turned off.

Reservation Change

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5000 per hourwill be charged.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.

We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 11. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Accommodation with your dog

Dog Run
We have a grassy dock run available. It is completely private, so only guests can enjoy it without worrying about their surroundings. The height of the dog run fence is 120 cm.

Are there any off-limits areas?
No special requirements. You are welcome to bring your dog anywhere on the premises. Please be considerate of roughhousing by using a pair of pants. Please contact us in case of any misbehavior.

What are the fees?
Up to two dogs are included in the room rate. From the third dog4,000 yen per dog per night will be charged.

Limitations on the number of dogs and breeds
There is no limit on the number of dogs. Please consult with us for very large dogs.

Amenities at the facility

Leashes, play equipment, crates ( 60cm x 180cm pet fences are provided.)

How to enter, parking, access

Available check-in times are16:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Parking lot
Two cars can park in parking lot ① and four cars can park in parking lot ②. Parking Lot ②, but due to the stairs, Parking Lot ① is recommended.

Is there a cab service?
Yes, there are. Due to the constant shortage of cabs, we recommend making reservations at least one week to three days in advance of your visit.
Please note that even if a cab cannot be dispatched by the check-out time, the cleaning staff may still enter the room. There is a cab stand at the Sakura Namiki Exit of Izu Kogen Station, so there is no need to make a reservation for a cab to the inn.

What is the nearest train station?
It takes about 9 minutes by car to the nearest "Izu Kogen Station".

From the station to the innCan I get there on foot?
It is too far to walk, so a cab is recommended.

The queen bed is designed for two people.

BBQ

You can enjoy BBQ on the charcoal grill. Please be punctual between 9:00 and 21:00. No advance reservation is required.
*Because there is no roof, BBQ is not available in the event of rain. However, if you bring your own tarp, you can use it.

Cleanup
No cleaning of the BBQ grill is required. Please wash dishes after use and separate trash and dispose of it separately in the kitchen trash can.
Please do not leave food outside to prevent birds and animals from destroying it.

If Wifi is not available
There is a router/modem on a shelf near the bay window in the 2nd floor queen bedroom. Please unplug the power from both. Then please turn on the power from the modem (the black machine) and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router (the white machine).
If this does not solve the problem, please check that the cable is not firmly plugged in somewhere.
If none of these methods solve the problem, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.

Projector / TV related
I don't know how to operate the projector equipment.

Detailed operating instructions are provided in the black booklet inside the facility.

Can I connect my PC or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.

Do you have a TV?
There is no TV, but you can use the projector to watch terrestrial TV and fire stick TV.
You can also enjoy Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube, etc. By pressing the button on the switcher (screen switching device), you can switch between terrestrial TV and fire stick TV.
If you wish to view paid content, please prepare a paid account as it is not available on our account. If you wish to project your own content, please bring a 3m HDMI cable for connection. Please replace the fireTV stick with a fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal. Please return the cable to its original position after use.

[Bath].
Our outdoor bath is a natural hot spring. The indoor baths are ordinary hot water.

How big is the bath?

Air conditioner

Yes, there is.
In addition, one kerosene heater is installed in the living room for your use in winter.
*A box for spare kerosene is located outside the entrance and to the right along the building.

What amenities are available?
The following amenities are available Amenities are provided once, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Face towels and bath towels are provided twice for stays of 3 nights or more. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer.

We have enough for the number of people.

No, there is not.

Are there washing machines and dryers?
A drum-type washing machine (with drying function) is available. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are also available.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
Children's spoons and forks, dishes, and one baby chair are available.
If you need two baby chairs, please contact us as we can prepare them depending on the schedule.

Can I have fireworks?
Fireworks are totally prohibited.
About 13 minutes by car.Akazawa CoastFireworks that do not make noise are permitted at the "Fireworks" section of the "Fireworks" website, so please enjoy your fireworks there.

Do you have a bucket?
No. Please prepare if necessary.

As this is an unmanned facility, transportation is not provided. Please use your car or public transportation.

No, but we may be able to accommodate you for 5 nights or more, so please contact us by message.

Can I leave my luggage early before check-in?
It is possible depending on the situation. Please contact us by message.

Access and surroundings

Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. For more information, please see the section on shopping, meals, and services.

Cab
Due to the shortage of cabs, it is recommended to make reservations at least one week to three days in advance. Please note that we will start cleaning even if the cab is not dispatched in time for check-out time.

Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer. BBQ sets do not need to be cleaned. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.

Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may burn the floor and pose a fire hazard.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. If the level of disturbance is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. We do not have any problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Garbage separation
Please sort into 4 categories: burnable trash/ PET bottles/cans/bottles.

If you are injured during your stay
The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

About fines
Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.
Please understand that we have made this statement due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.
*Security cameras are installed outside.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

Please be sure to contact us in the event that your dog has been found in a rough environment. We will charge an additional fee if we discover any roughhousing without notifying us. If we find vomit, spills, or smoking in the room, we may charge a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).

4. 5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged for a significant delay in check-out time.
