■Infection Prevention Measures
(1) Thorough hand washing and alcohol disinfection of employees
Each employee will wash hands frequently and thoroughly disinfect with alcohol.

(2) Restrictions on attendance at work at 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher and temperature checks conducted at stores
Employees who have a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher before coming to work are not allowed to come to work, and those who do not have such a temperature will have their temperature checked again when they come to work at the store, and their physical condition is also checked with a physical condition management sheet.

(iii) Mandatory wearing of masks by employees
Employees are required to wear masks.

(4) Frequent disinfection of in-store equipment
We strive to maintain sanitation in our stores by frequently disinfecting areas that are frequently touched by customers, such as door open/close buttons, customer tables, and chairs.

(5) Installation of alcohol sanitizers for customers in stores
Alcohol disinfectant solution is placed at the entrance of each store for customers to disinfect themselves.

(6) Ventilation
Please ensure adequate ventilation by opening all windows in two directions (if there is only one window, open the door) once every 30 minutes for about 5 minutes to provide ventilation.

1. Requests to Guests
If you experience fever, fatigue, or any other health problems during your stay, please contact our emergency number "08044490691".
Please do not leave the facility and stay on standby.
If you wish to receive medical consultation on-site, please contact the Shizuoka Prefecture Fever Consultation Center.

2.Response as an institution
If it is found that an infected person has been using the facility, the health center will take measures to prevent the spread of infection through the facility by sincerely and actively responding to and cooperating with the advice and instructions of the health center.

If necessary, we will disclose information to prevent the spread of infection, such as business days when there is a possibility of infection.

In order to cooperate with a positive epidemiological investigation conducted by the health department in the event that a positive person is found to be using the facility, the facility keeps the customer's name and contact information (representative only) for a minimum of one month.
