Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

Reservation Changes
Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Early check-in and late check-out are both available at an additional hourly rate5,000 yen.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 13. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
How to enter, parking, access

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

What is the layout of the rooms?
The floor plan is 4LDK.

No cleaning of the BBQ grill is required. Please wash dishes after use and separate trash and dispose of it separately in the kitchen trash can.

I can't get the BBQ to light.

If you are unable to ignite the product using the correct procedure, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check and perform the following steps in order from the top to the bottom.
1. Check the main valve
Is the main gas valve open? Even if it is open, the gas may be clogged and opening and closing it several times may solve the problem. Also, just to be sure that the gas is not turned off in the house, check to see if the gas stove in the kitchen is turned on.
2. Confirmation of knobs
Turning the knob should press the ignition switch, do you hear a click? If you hear it, try turning the knob slowly to activate the ignition switch. (Allow a little gas to build up before operating the switch.)
If you do not hear it, try 3. as the ignition switch may be defective.
3. Ignition with Chuckerman
The ignition part may not be working properly for some reason.

How to use the Barrel Sauna
Please follow the steps below.
- Please scan the QR code at the entrance to the Barrel Sauna and pay the 8,000 yen usage fee.
- After payment is completed, a PIN number will be issued to open the padlock.
- Activate the panel and press the heater button.
- Set the temperature and time according to the guidance provided at the site.
- After completing the above settings, please confirm that the sauna room temperature has reached the set temperature and enter the sauna.
What precautions should I take to ensure the safe use of a barrel sauna?
- Please be sure to wear a bathing suit.
- Please refrain from using the sauna after drinking alcohol as it is very dangerous.
Can I enter the river?
After descending about five flights of stairs, you will be able to enter the river. The path is rocky and not well-maintained, so please be careful not to fall down. (Recommended only in summer. Please do not use the river in cold weather or when it is dark.)

Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.
If you wish to have sound coming out of the speakers when external devices are connected, please connect them via Blootooth.
Do you have a TV?

Cleaning up during your stay
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer. BBQ sets do not need to be cleaned. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.
Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.
Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.
