Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

❓I️ don't have hot water. What should I do?
The method of response will vary depending on the situation.

Reservation Changes

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 35 per hour00 yen.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy has been reached, cancellation fees will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy details in the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even if you use the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, you will be charged the usual additional fee.

We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 9. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Accommodation with your dog

Are there any areas off-limits to pets?
No special requirements. You are welcome to bring your dog anywhere on the premises. Please be considerate of roughhousing by using manners pants, etc. Please contact us in case of any misbehavior.

Are there any restrictions on the breed or number of pets?
Small dogs only, up to 2 dogs free of charge, maximum of 3 dogs per night. 3rd dog isA fee of 2,000 yen per dog per night will be charged.
*This is because there is no dog run and it is not an environment where large dogs or many dogs can stretch out.

Do you have a cage?
No, there is not.

What equipment is available for pets?
Pet deodorant, wipes, diapers, pet toilets, and toilet seats are available.

How to enter, parking, access

Available check-in times are16:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

How to enter
A check-in form will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please use the PIN number you will obtain after entering the form to enter the room. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

How many cars can I park in the parking lot?
When parking, please use the red space as a guide.
There is enough space to park about 4 regular cars.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest station is Kawazu Station.

Is it possible to walk from the station to the inn?
It is more than 9 km and cannot be walked.

Is there a cab service?
There is a cab stand at the station. Please note that the number of cabs is limited and there are no cabs available after 5:00 p.m.
Advance reservations are not available. Please be prepared to depart and make arrangements well in advance of your departure.

Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.

What amenities are available?
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, cotton, shaving razors, etc., are provided just like in a hotel.
Please note that amenities are provided once, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Face towels and bath towels will be provided for the number of guests x number of nights, but the maximum is 3 days. Please make use of the washing machine.

Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

About fines
Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.
Please understand that we have made this statement due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

Please be sure to contact us in the event that your dog has been found in a rough environment. We will charge an additional fee if we discover any roughhousing without notifying us. If we find vomit, spills, or smoking in the room, we may charge a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).

4. In case of substantial delay in check-out

5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.
