I can't get wifi to work, is there any way to fix this?
Please turn off the switch at the upper left corner of the breaker [living room light outlet(リビング 電灯コンセント)] in the changing room, wait 10 seconds, and turn it on again.
It takes about 5 minutes for the breaker to come back on.
If the problem persists after trying the above steps, please contact us.
I cannot get hot water. What should I do?
Make sure the water heater switch for the kitchen and bath is turned on.
If the water was running at first but stopped halfway through, it is possible that the safety device has been activated due to prolonged use.
Please follow this guide here to restore the safety device.
I don't know how to use the projector.
There are instructions on how to use the projector in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.
Please refer to it first.
What should I do in case of a power outage?
Please make sure that the breaker is not tripped.

My BBQ is not lit!
First of all, please watch this video and check if the procedure is correct.
If you are unable to ignite the BBQ following the correct procedure, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check and perform the following steps in order from the top.
1. Check the main gas valve.
Is the main gas valve open? Even if it is open, the gas may be clogged, and opening and closing it several times may solve the problem.
Also, please check if the gas stove in the kitchen is turned on to make sure that the gas is not turned off in the house.
2. Check the knob
Turning the knob should push the ignition switch. If you do not hear it, the ignition switch may be defective.
If you can hear it, please try to activate the ignition switch while turning the knob slowly. (Allow a little gas to accumulate before operating the switch.)
3. Ignition with a Chuckerman
The ignition part may not be working properly for some reason.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try the method shown in this video. Since the gas may be filled with gas, please use a piece of cardboard or something similar to cover the inside of the switch before starting the ignition.
Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other guests, we will make a decision around 5:00 p.m. on the day before or 12:00 p.m. on the day of the check-in/check-out and inform you of our decision.
The additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5,000 yen per hour.
Can I change my itinerary?
Yes, you can change the date of your stay, but you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy if the period for which the cancellation policy is applicable has been reached.
Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.
How late can I change the number of people in my party?
Changes in the number of persons can be made by the day before the stay.
Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for each day, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for any additional guests.In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee.
Is it possible to stay in a room with more than the maximum number of guests?
The maximum number of guests is 7. The bedding is as described in the "Bedrooms and Floor Plans" section, but if you still wish to stay, you can do so by paying the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
<How to enter>
Please check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.
<Parking>
There are two parking spaces on the premises.
Is there anything I should be aware of regarding parking locations?
Yes, please note the following when using the parking lot in front of the facility. Also, park in the blue concrete frame of the lot and at the curb in front of the facility.
Absolutely no parking is allowed inside the red frame.
Parking in the roundabouts is prohibited as it is a nuisance to nearby residents.

Where is the nearest station?
It takes about 30 minutes on foot to the nearest station, Ajiro Station.
Can I walk to the inn from the station?
If you walk, it is a little far and you have to keep walking up a slope.
Are cabs available?
Yes, taxis are available. However, cabs are always in short supply in Atami City, so we recommend that you make a reservation at least one day in advance. When contacting the cab company, please provide them with the address of the inn; or you can just tell them what the villa location number is.

Do you have a cab dispatch service for the return trip?
We provide a cab dispatch service for those who have difficulty booking a cab in Japanese. If you would like to use this service, please contact us by 4:00 p.m. the day before the day you would like the taxi dispatched, and inform us of the time, number of passengers, and destination of the taxi. Please note that cabs are in short supply in Atami City, and if the above time is exceeded, there is a high possibility that the desired reservation will not be made, so please be sure to contact us by this time.

No, we do not. We use Amazon FireTV Stick.

You may use the following amenities provided for your stay, regardless of the duration: a set of face towels and bath towels is provided once, but for stays of three nights or more, two sets are provided. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer available to you.
Is toothpaste available?
Yes, we have a set of toothpaste and toothbrushes.
Are there enough slippers for the number of guests?
Yes, we have slippers for each guest.

No, we do not.

We have a washing machine and a gas dryer. We also have laundry detergent and fabric softener.
Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
We have spoons, forks, and eating utensils for children.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
However, fireworks are allowed at Nagahama Seaside Park, a 13-minute drive away, as long as they are non-sounding.

There are very few stores that can deliver meals. We have confirmed that Pizza is the only restaurant that can deliver.

The nearest supermarket is Maxvalu Express Atami Taga, about 12 minutes by car.

Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. There is a Maxvalu Atami store about 15 minutes away by car.
Cab
Cabs are scarce in Atami City, so it is recommended to make a reservation the day before. Please note that we will start cleaning even if the cab is not dispatched in time for your check-out time.
<During your stay>
Please clean up after yourself during your stay.
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.
Damage and defacement
If any damage or defacement is found to the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the damage or defacement. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If you are found smoking inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.
Insects
Insects may enter the rooms due to the natural surroundings of the facility. Vapes, mosquito coils(Only from March to October) and insect repellents are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found.Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may cause the floor to burn, or in the worst case, cause a fire.
Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following behaviors.
If the level of noise is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. Use of speakers and conversation is not a problem as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order for everyone to have a pleasant stay.
In case of injury during stay
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.
Use of air conditioners and heaters when going out
We ask for your cooperation in turning off the heater and air conditioner when you go out or check out.
Separation of Garbage
Please sort garbage into 4 categories: burnable garbage, PET bottles, cans, and bottles.
Fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that we have made this statement due to the bad manners of some of our guests.
1. If the actual number of guests is different from the reserved number
Basically, an additional charge is required to add the number of guests.
Please contact us for more information. If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to inform us of any changes.

2. If the room is extremely dirty
If you vomit, spill a drink, or smoke in the room, we may charge you a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.
3. In case of damage or theft
The full amount of the relevant items may be charged.

5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.
