Q1: What should I do if I can't connect to the Wi-Fi?
A1: There is a router and a modem inside the blue square door. Please unplug both of them, turn on the modem (the smaller one), and after 5 minutes, turn on the router (the larger one). If this does not solve the problem, the white cable with the red frame may not be firmly connected. If none of the above solutions work, please send us a picture of your modem and router so that we can check the status of their lights.
Q2: I'm not getting any hot water. What should I do?
