Problems during your stay

I can't get wifi to work, is there any way to fix this?
There is a router and a modem in the living room near the amplifier. Please unplug both of them. After that, please turn on the modem (the black one), and after 5 minutes, turn on the router (the white one).
If this does not solve the problem, there is a possibility that the cable is not plugged in properly.
If none of the above solutions work, please send us a picture of your modem and router to check the status of the lights.

There is no hot water. What should I do?
Is the water heater switch in the changing room turned on?
If the water was running at first but stopped halfway through, it is possible that the safety device has been activated due to prolonged use. Please follow the instructions here to restore the safety device.

I don't know how to use the projector.
There are instructions on how to use the projector in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.
Please refer to it first.

What should I do if the power goes out?
Please make sure that the circuit breakers has not tripped. If you find a breaker that is turned off, turn it back on.

Reservation Changes

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other guests, we will make a decision around 5:00 p.m. on the day before or 12:00 p.m. on the day of the check-in/check-out and inform you of our decision.
The additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5,000 yen per hour.

Can I change my itinerary?
Yes, you can change the date of your stay, but you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy if the period for which the cancellation policy is applicable has been reached.
Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.

How late can I change the number of people in my party?
Changes in the number of persons can be made by the day before the stay.
Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for any additional guests.

Is it possible to stay in a room with more than the maximum number of guests?
The maximum number of guests is 14. The bedding is as described in the "Bedrooms and Floor Plans" section, but if you still wish to stay, you can do so by paying the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Entering/Parking/Access

<How to enter>
Please check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

<Parking>
Parking1: Please park in the red boxed area.(Up to 3 standard cars)
Parking is not prohibited on the villa's private property. Please park at the end of the lot so as not to obstruct passing vehicles.
Parking2: Please do not obstruct other vehicles as it is shared.(Up to 2 standard-sized cars)
Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents, theft,or other problems that may occur when using the parking spaces.

Where is the nearest station?
It takes about one hour on foot to the nearest station, Izutaga Station.

Is it possible to walk to the inn from the station?
It is a 60-minute walk from the station, and about 10 minutes by car.

How can I get to the inn by bus?
There is a bus stop called "Shimin Grand" about 10 minutes away on foot, which runs about 5 times a day and takes about 20 minutes to Atami Station.

Are there taxis available?
Yes, there is a taxi stand at the station. Please note that there are no taxis available after 5 PM. It is advisable to provide the villa location number to the taxi company for smoother service.

Please tell me about your cab dispatch service.
We provide a cab dispatch service for those who have difficulty booking a cab in Japanese. If you would like to use this service, please contact us by 4:00 p.m. the day before the day you would like the taxi dispatched, and inform us of the time, number of passengers, and destination. Please note that cabs are in short supply in Atami City, and if the above time is exceeded, there is a high possibility that the desired reservation will not be made, so please be sure to contact us by this time.

The layout is 4bed room house with a terrace (living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bath, toilet (2 western style, 1 men's)).

Japanese/Western room 1 -> 1 king bed
Japanese/Western room 2 -> 1 queen bed
Western-style room → 2 single beds
Japanese-style room → 8 sets of futon mattresses
We use thick and firm bedding used in Japanese-style inns.

BBQ

Please tell us about your BBQ.
You can use our imported gas grill.
You can enjoy BBQ from 9:00 to 21:00.Please be punctual.
There is no roof, so it is not available on rainy days.

Yes. 9 earthenware pot, cassette stove, and gas cylinder are available.

Does the microwave oven have an oven function?
No, we do not have an oven function.

Do you have ice?
We do not have ice, but we do have a plastic ice machine, but it takes a long time to make ice and the amount of ice is small, so we do not need a lot of ice.
If you need a large amount of ice, please bring your own.

Can I drink the water?
Yes, you can.

We provide HDMI cables to connect external devices. Please refer to the black booklet for instructions.

Do you have a TV?
There is a 32-inch TV in the dining room. You can watch terrestrial digital broadcasting.

<Baths>
This is a luxurious onsen with a view, paved with Izu stone. The bath is large enough for 6 to 8 people to bathe at the same time.
Three showers are also available, so multiple persons can use the bath comfortably.
Due to the long piping, it may take up to 5 minutes for the showers to become hot water.

<Air Conditioning>
Are all rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, we do.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are provided?
You may use the following amenities provided for your stay, regardless of the duration: a set of face towels and bath towels is provided once, but for stays of three nights or more, two sets are provided. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer available to you.

Is toothpaste available?
Yes, we have a set of toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Are there enough slippers for the number of guests?
Yes, we have slippers for each guest.

Do you have pajamas?
No, we do not.

Do you have a washing machine and dryer?
We have a washing machine and a gas dryer. We also have laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
We have spoons, forks, and eating utensils for children.
High chairs are available depending on the dates of your stay, so please inquire.

Fireworks

Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. However, fireworks are allowed at Nagahama Seaside Park, which is an 8-minute drive away, as long as they are non-sounding.

Can I see fireworks from your facility?
No, you cannot see the fireworks from our facility.

Do you have buckets?
No, we do not have buckets, so please bring your own.

There is a MaxValu about 10 minutes away by car and a convenience store about 5 minutes away by car.

<Access and the surrounding environment>
Stairs
The inn is located on a hill, so it is necessary to climb about 100 steps up to the entrance. Please be careful when carrying heavy luggage or if you have weak legs or hips.

Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. There is a Maxvalu Express Atami Taga store about 10 minutes away by car.

Cab
In Atami City, there is a shortage of taxis, so we recommend booking one the day before. Please note that if a taxi does not arrive in time for your check-out, we will start cleaning as scheduled.

<During your stay>
Please clean up after yourself during your stay.
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.

Damage and defacement
If any damage or defacement is found to the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the damage or defacement. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If you are found smoking inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Insects
Insects may enter the rooms due to the natural surroundings of the facility. Vapes, mosquito coils, insect repellents, and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found.

Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may cause the floor to burn, or in the worst case, cause a fire.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following behaviors.
If the level of noise is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. Use of speakers and conversation is not a problem as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Separation of garbage
Please sort garbage into 4 categories: burnable garbage, PET bottles, cans, and bottles.

In case of injury during your stay
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

<Fines>
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that this is due to the fact that there are some guests with bad manners.

1. If the actual number of guests is different from the reserved number

Basically, an additional charge is required to add the number of guests.
Please contact us for more information. If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to inform us of any changes.
*We have security cameras installed outside.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If you vomit, spill a drink, or smoke in the room, we may charge you a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

The full amount of the relevant items may be charged.

4. If there is a significant delay in check-out

5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.
