Problems during your stay

Q1: What should I do if I can't connect to the Wi-Fi?
A1:Please contact us for instructions on how to handle this issue.

Q2: I'm not getting any hot water. What should I do?
A2: Please check if the water heater switch is turned on. If the hot water was initially working but stopped, it's possible that a safety device has activated due to prolonged use. We kindly ask you to click here and follow the restoration instructions provided in our guide.

Q3: How do I use the projector?
A3: Instructions for using the projector can be found in the black manual located in the living room. Please consult that manual first for guidance.

Q4:The BBQ won’t light. What should I do?
A4:Please watch this video first and check if there are any errors in the procedure.

If you still cannot light it following the correct steps, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check and follow the steps below in order:

  1. Check the Gas Valve Is the main gas valve open? Even if it is open, the gas may be blocked, so try opening and closing it several times. Also, please check if the house gas is working by lighting the kitchen stove.
  2. Check the Knob When you turn the knob, you should hear a clicking sound indicating the ignition switch is being pressed. If you don't hear it, there may be an issue with the ignition switch, so please proceed to step 3. If you do hear it, try turning the knob slowly while ensuring the ignition switch is activated (letting some gas accumulate before activating the switch).
  3. Ignite with a Lighter The ignition part may not be functioning correctly for some reason. Please try lighting it using a lighter as shown in this video. To avoid the risk of gas buildup, fan the inside with a piece of cardboard before attempting this method.

Q5: What should I do if there's a power outage?
A5:There is a breaker in the warehouse. Please call or message us and we will give you the PIN number.
