Problems during your stay

I can't get wifi to work, is there any way to fix this?
There is a router and a modem in the living room. Please unplug both of them. After that, please turn on the modem (the black one), and after 5 minutes, turn on the router (the white one).
If this does not solve the problem, please check if the cable is not firmly connected to the modem.
If this does not solve the problem, please send us a picture of your modem and router to check the status of the lamps.

I have no hot water. What should I do?
Is the water heater switch turned on?
If the water was running at first but stopped halfway through, it is possible that the safety device has been activated due to prolonged use.
Please follow this guide to restore the safety device.

I don't know how to use the projector.
There are instructions on how to use the projector in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.
Please refer to it first.

What should I do in case of power failure?
Please make sure that the breakers above the kitchen and refrigerator are not tripped.
If you find a breaker that is set to "OFF" in the breaker switch, turn it back to "ON.

Reservation Change

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other guests, we will make a decision around 5:00 p.m. on the day before or 12:00 p.m. on the day of the check-in/check-out and inform you of our decision.
The additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 3500 yen per hour.

Can I change my itinerary?
Yes, you can change the date of your stay, but you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy if the period for which the cancellation policy is applicable has been reached.
If the cancellation policy has been met, a cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
You can change the number of people until the day before.

Is it possible to stay in a room with more than the maximum number of guests?
The bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you still wish to stay, you can do so by paying the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Entry/Parking/Access

Entering the room
We will send you a check-in form 3 days prior to your stay. Please enter the room with the PIN number you will get after entering the form. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send because some terminals may not be able to send the form properly.

Parking lot
How many cars can be parked in the parking lot?
Up to 3 cars can be parked in the red boxed area. You can also park at the gate, so up to 4 cars can be parked.

Access
Please be sure to use Google Map to visit us, as the address does not give the exact location.

Enter the alley with Toyoshima Tile Industry near ENEOS as a landmark. (If you are coming from the ocean side, turn left before the Eneos; if you are coming from the Amagi side, turn right after the Eneos.) The inn is located 30 meters down the alley on the left side.

Where is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Kawazu Station.

Is it possible to walk from the station to the inn?
It is more than 2 km from the station to the inn, so we recommend that you take a bus or cab.
The nearest bus stop to the inn is "Odoriko Onsen Kaikan". It is a 3-minute walk to the inn.

Are cabs available?
Please note that the number of taxis is limited and that they are only open until 5:00 p.m.

Bedrooms & Floor Plans

Please let me know the layout of the room.
The layout is 3LDK (living/dining room, kitchen, bedrooms (Western-style room, Japanese-style room, and Japanese-style room), bath, and 2 toilets).

Please let us know the bedding in each room.
Western-style room → 2 semi-double beds
Japanese/Western room → 1 double bed and 1 futon
Japanese-style room → 10 units of futon

BBQ

What kind of BBQ grill is it?
It is a charcoal grill.


Do I need to pay for the BBQ in advance?
No, there is no need to make reservations in advance. Please scan the QR code at the facility and pay by credit card.

Is there anything we need to prepare?
Please bring charcoal, food, and yakiniku sauce if you like.

What do you have on site?
We have salt and pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and salad oil for seasoning.
We have nets, chuckermans, igniters, tongs, and gloves for your use.

Is there a store nearby where I can buy charcoal?
You can buy charcoal at Komeri, a 5-minute walk away, or at MaxValu Kawazu store or Super Aoki, a 5-minute drive away.

What should I do with the charcoal from the BBQ?
Please make sure that the charcoal has been extinguished after use, and you can leave the charcoal as it is.

Do you have a hot plate?
No, we do not have a hot plate.

Do you have a pot or cassette stove?
No. 9 earthenware pot, cassette stove, and gas cylinder are available.

Does the microwave oven have an oven function?
No, we do not have an oven function.

Do you have ice?
We do not have ice, but we do have a plastic ice machine, but it takes a long time to make ice and the amount of ice is small, so we do not need a lot of ice.
If you need a large amount of ice, please bring your own.

Can I drink the water?
Yes, you can.

No, there is no TV. We use Amazon FireTV Stick.
We use Amazon FireTV Stick, but terrestrial digital broadcasting is not available.

<Bathrooms>
Is it a hot spring?
Yes, it is.

How big is the bath?
The size of the bath is large enough for 3 to 4 people to take a bath at the same time.

<Air Conditioning>
Do you have air conditioning in all rooms?
Yes, we do.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are provided?
We have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, cotton, shaving razors, etc., just like in a hotel.

Is toothpaste available?
Yes, we have a set of toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Are there enough slippers for the number of guests?
Yes, we have slippers for each guest.

Do you have pajamas?
No, we do not.

Do you have a washing machine and dryer?
We have a washing machine and a gas dryer.
We also have laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
We have spoons, forks, and tableware for children.
High chairs are available depending on the dates of your stay, so please inquire.

Fireworks

Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are not allowed in our facility.
Fireworks are allowed at Kawazuhama beach, which is 5 minutes away by car.

Are buckets available?
We do not have buckets, so please bring your own.

Shopping ・Meals / Services

<Luggage storage>
Can I leave my luggage early?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the entrance after 11:00 AM.

Where is the nearest supermarket?
There is no supermarket near the inn. MaxValu and Super Aoki are the nearest supermarkets near Kawazu Station, which is about 5 minutes away by car.

  1. Are there any restaurants you recommend?
    (1) Ichiyama :市山(sashimi), closed on Mondays.
  2. (2) Shokusai Uzake Yuraku:食彩旨酒 遊楽 (Izakaya/Inventive Cuisine), closed on non-scheduled holidays.
  3. (3) Okawaya:大川屋 (eel), closed on Thursdays.
  4. (4)Yakiniku Nakamuraya:焼肉 なかむら屋(Yakiniku), closed on Tuesdays.

<Service>
Do you offer pickup and drop-off service?
We do not provide either of them. Please use a car or public transportation.

What about towels and amenities for guests staying multiple nights?
Please refer to the "Amenities & Laundry" page.

Do you provide cleaning service during my stay?
No, we do not. However, we may be able to provide cleaning service for stays of 5 nights or more.

Can I drop off my luggage before check-in?
Yes, depending on the situation.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
It is possible depending on the situation.

<Access and the surrounding environment>
Shopping
There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the inn. The nearest supermarkets are MaxValu and Super Aoki near Kawazu Station, which is about 5 minutes away by car.

Please note the number of taxis is limited and that they are only open until 5:00 p.m.

During your stay..
Please clean up after yourself during your stay.
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or a box and put it in one place inside the room.

Damage and defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost of the damage or stain. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If you are found smoking inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Insects
Insects may enter the rooms due to the natural surroundings of the facility. Vapes, insect repellents, insecticidal sprays, and mosquito coils (summer only) are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found.
Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may cause the floor to burn, or in the worst case, cause a fire.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following behaviors.
If the level of noise is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. Use of speakers and conversation is not a problem as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Separation of garbage
Please sort garbage into 4 categories: burnable garbage, PET bottles, cans, and bottles.

In case of injury during your stay..
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

Fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that this is due to the fact that there are some guests with bad manners.

1. If the actual number of guests is different from the reserved number

Basically, an additional charge is required to add the number of guests.
Please contact us for more information. If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.
*We have security cameras installed outside.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If you vomit, spill a drink, or smoke in the room, we may charge you a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

The full amount of the relevant items may be charged.

4. If there is a significant delay in check-out

5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.
