Troubles during your stay

I can't use the wifi, is there any way to fix this?
There is a router and a modem near the entrance of the living room. Please unplug both of them. After that, please turn on the modem (the black one), and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router (the white one).
If this does not solve the problem, the LAN cable may not be firmly connected.
If none of the above solutions work, please send us a picture of your modem and router to check the status of the lamps.

I have no hot water. What should I do?
Is the water heater in the kitchen turned on?

If the safety device was working at the beginning but stopped working in the middle of the session, it may have been activated by prolonged use.
Please follow the instructions here to restore the safety device.

I don't know how to use the projector.
There are instructions on how to use the projector in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.
Please refer to it first.

What should I do in case of a power outage?
Please make sure that the breaker is not tripped. If you find a breaker that is "OFF", turn it back "ON".

Reservation Change

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other guests, we will make a decision around 5:00 p.m. on the day before or 12:00 p.m. on the day of the check-in/check-out and inform you of our decision.
The additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5,000 yen per hour.

Can I change my itinerary?
Yes, you can change the date of your stay, but you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy if the period for which the cancellation policy is applicable has been reached.
Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.

By when can I change the number of people in my party?
You can change the number of people in your party up to the day before.

Is it possible to stay in a room with more than the maximum number of guests?
The bedding is as described in the "Bedrooms and Floor Plans" section, but if you still wish to stay, you can do so for an additional charge. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

Entering/Parking/Access

Is there a long flight of stairs before getting to the entrance?
You will need to climb about 30 steps to reach our entrance. Please be careful if you are carrying heavy luggage or have weak legs or hips.

<How to enter>
Please check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

<Parking>
There is a parking lot for one car 2 minutes away from the facility.

Please park in the position of the black car in the photo below.
Please lower your car to the rear as far as possible and do not step out of the white line so as not to obstruct the conduit in the parking lot.

Notes on Parking

Please do not park in the following parking lots as they are the parking lots of the neighboring facilities. Please do not park in the following parking lots, as this may cause problems with guests of the neighboring facility.

Where is the nearest station?

Where is the nearest station?
It takes about 20 minutes on foot to the nearest station, Raingu Station. We recommend that you take a bus or cab.

Access by bus
There is a bus stop called "Umezono" near the intersection of Atami Plum Garden Entrance, about a 10-minute walk from our inn. Buses stop approximately every hour to take you to the bus stop at Atami Station.

Are cabs available?

Yes, taxis are available. However, cabs are always in short supply in Atami City, so we recommend making reservations at least one day in advance.

When making arrangements with a cab company, please provide them with the address of the inn and they will be able to dispatch a cab.

What is the layout of the rooms?
The layout of our inn is a 2bed rooms one-story house. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, Japanese-style room, Japanese-style room, indoor bath (hot spring), outdoor bath (hot spring), and 2 toilets.

Please tell us about the bedding in each room.

The bedding is thick and firm, as used in Japanese-style inns.

BBQ

You can use a charcoal grill on the porch. Please bring your own charcoal.
You can enjoy BBQ from 9:00 to 21:00.

Do I need to make a reservation or pay in advance for BBQ use?
No advance reservations are required. Please pay by credit card using the QR code provided at the facility.

No, we do not have hot plates.

No. 9 earthenware pot, cassette stove, and gas cylinder are available.

Does the microwave oven have an oven function?
No, we do not have an oven function.

Do you have ice?
We do not have ice, but we do have a plastic ice machine, but it takes a long time to make ice and the amount of ice is small, so we do not need a lot of ice.
If you need a large amount of ice, please bring your own.

Can I drink the water?
Yes, you can.

You will need an HDMI cable to connect other devices. We do not provide HDMI cables, so if you need one, please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long.

Do you have a TV?
No, we do not. We use Amazon FireTV Stick.

<Baths>
We have natural hot spring baths.
Our hot water is natural hot spring water.

How many baths are there in the facility?
There are two baths: an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. There are two baths: an indoor bath and an outdoor bath.

How big are the baths?
Indoor baths: 3 people can take a bath.
Open-air baths: 6 people can take a bath. (*We recommend that you wear a bathing suit when using the baths, although there is a board that serves as a blindfold.)

Can I take a bath right away?
We use natural hot spring water. Due to the long piping from the hot spring tank to the facility, it may take 10 to 15 minutes for the warm water to be released from both the indoor and outdoor baths.

Are there any precautions when taking the open-air baths?
Yes, there are two things to keep in mind.
1. Partitions are provided, but please be sure to wear your swimsuit in the outdoor hot spring baths.
2. If leaves or other debris get into the tub, please remove them using the net by the side of the hot spring.

Yes, we do.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are provided?
You may use the following amenities provided for your stay, regardless of the duration: a set of face towels and bath towels is provided once, but for stays of three nights or more, two sets are provided. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer available to you.

Is toothpaste available?
Yes, we have a set of toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Are there enough slippers for the number of guests?
Yes, we have slippers for each guest.

Do you have pajamas?
No, we do not.

Do you have a washing machine and dryer?
We have a washing machine and a gas dryer. We also have laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
We have spoons, forks, and eating utensils for children.
High chairs are available depending on the dates of your stay, so please inquire.

Fireworks

Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
However, fireworks are allowed at Atami Sun Beach, a 10-minute drive away, as long as they are non-sounding.

Can I see fireworks from your facility?
Generally, fireworks cannot be seen from the facility.

Do you have buckets?
No, we do not have buckets, so please bring your own.

Is it possible to have meals delivered?
There are very few stores that can deliver meals. We have confirmed that Pizza is the only restaurant that can deliver.

There is a MaxValu Atami store about 8 minutes away by car. There is also a Seven-Eleven about 5 minutes away by car.

The following is a list of important points to keep in mind.

Access and Local Environment

  • Stairs There are about 30 steps from the parking lot to the entrance.
  • Shopping Please be aware that there are no supermarkets within walking distance. A MaxValue supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.
  • Taxi Taxis are scarce in Atami, so it is recommended to reserve one the day before. Please note that if a taxi cannot be arranged in time for checkout, cleaning will commence as scheduled.

During Your Stay

  • Housekeeping Please wash the dishes and place them in the draining basket. Return any moved furniture to its original place. There is no need to clean the BBQ set. Please collect your garbage in bags or boxes and keep it in one indoor location.
  • Damage or Soiling If any damage or soiling is found on the building, furniture, or fixtures, you may be charged for the costs. If any incidents occur, please contact us.
  • Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke on the balcony or in the designated smoking area at the entrance. If smoking indoors is detected, you may be charged for deodorization and restoration costs.
  • Hot spring
    Please note that in case of heavy rain or other bad weather conditions, as well as ongoing construction work in the area, it may be temporarily impossible to use the host spring.
    If the hot spring is not available, 15% of the room charge for the applicable night will be refunded.
    (If you cannot use the hot spring only one night out of three nights, 15% of the accommodation fee for one night will be refunded)
    Additionally, we will provide a gas water heater so that you can continue to take baths during your stay.
    The outside bath is a hot spring and cannot be used when the hot spring is shut down.
    We appreciate your understanding in advance.
  • Insects Due to the natural surroundings of the facility, insects may enter the building. We have provided vaporizers, mosquito coils, insect repellent sprays, and insecticides for your use. Please understand that refunds cannot be provided if insects are present, and ensure that mosquito coils are used correctly to avoid scorching the floors or causing a fire.
  • Noise Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, where noise carries easily outdoors. Noise complaints from neighbors due to guests have been a serious issue. We kindly ask you to be considerate of the following, especially loud behaviors. In severe cases, guests may be asked to leave the premises. The use of speakers and conversation within reasonable levels is permissible. Your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests are greatly appreciated.
  • Waste Separation Please separate waste into four categories: burnable, PET bottles, cans, and glass.
  • Injuries During Stay We are not liable for any injuries incurred during your stay. Please be careful.
  • Fines Fines may be imposed for the following behaviors. Generally, problems will not arise with considerate use. We have made these rules due to the actions of a few inconsiderate guests. We appreciate your understanding.
  1. If the actual number of users differs from the number booked, an additional fee will be required for each extra person. Failure to notify changes may result in being charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Security cameras are installed outdoors.
  2. If the room is left significantly dirty, such as from vomiting, spillages, or indoor smoking, you may be charged a cleaning fee depending on the level of soiling.
  3. If any damage or theft occurs, you may be charged the full amount for the relevant item.
  4. If there is a significant delay in checkout, you may be charged 5,000 yen per 30 minutes.
