Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

❓I️ don't have hot water. What should I do?
The method of response will vary depending on the situation.

If there is no hot water from the hot water/shower in the kitchen
Please check if the water heater is switched on.

If hot water was running but stopped halfway through
Safety devices may have been activated due to prolonged use.

❓What should I do if I️ lose power?
It is possible that the usage has been overloaded. Open the breakers and if you find a breaker switch that is "OFF" in the breaker switch, turn it back to "ON".

Reservation Changes

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5000 per hourwill be charged.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy has been reached, cancellation fees will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy details in the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.

We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 10. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

How to enter, parking, access

Available check-in times are16:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

How to enter
We will send you a check-in form 3 days prior to your stay. Please enter the room with the PIN number you will obtain after entering the form. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Parking lot
How many cars can I park in the parking lot?
Please use the two spaces in the red frame in the photo next to the inn.
*Please follow the guidance of parking lot staff during peak season. No parking fee will be charged. If there is a fee collection staff at the entrance of the parking lot, please inform them that you are using the villa in the center of the lot.

Is there a cab service?
The number of cars is limited and cannot be reserved in advance. Also, please note that business hours are until 5:00 p.m.

It is a single-story 3LDK (dining room and kitchen, bedrooms (3 Western-style rooms), unit bath, toilet, and washroom.

Western-style room 3 -> 1 double, 1 futon

The queen and double rooms are designed for two people.

BBQ

You can enjoy BBQ on the charcoal grill. Please be punctual between 9:00 and 21:00. No advance reservation is required.
*Because there is no roof, BBQ is not available in the event of rain. However, if you bring your own tarp, you can use it.

If Wifi is not available
Unplug the modem from the power supply, wait 10 seconds, and then reinsert the power supply. If this does not resolve the problem, please reinsert the SIM card as it will be removed from the backside.
If the problem is not resolved, please send us a picture of the lamp so we can check its condition.

Projector
Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.

Do you have a TV?
No, there is not. A projector will be used for viewing. Digital terrestrial broadcasting is not available.

Is it a hot spring?
Hot spring water. It may take a little time for the water to warm up, so please keep the water running for a few minutes and wait.

How big is the bath?
This is the size of a typical bath.

Are all rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, there is.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are available?
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, cotton, shaving razors, etc., are provided just like in a hotel.
Please note that amenities are provided once, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Face towels and bath towels will be provided for the number of guests x the number of days of stay, but the maximum is 3 days. Please make use of the washing machine.

Is there a toothpaste?
There is a toothbrush and a set of toothbrushes.

Do you have enough slippers for the number of people?
We have enough for the number of people.

Do you have pajamas?
No, there is not.

Are there washing machines and dryers?
Washing machines are available. No dryer is available.
Laundry detergent and fabric softener are also available.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
Children's spoons/forks and tableware are available.
High chairs can be prepared for some dates, please inquire.

Fireworks are possible on the Imaihama beach in front of the house.

As this is an unmanned facility, transportation is not provided. Please use your car or public transportation.

No, but we may be able to accommodate you for 5 nights or more, so please contact us by message.

Can I leave my luggage early before check-in?

Cleaning up during your stay
Please wash dishes and place them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and place it in one place inside the building during your stay.

Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, insect repellents, and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event of insect infestation.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Garbage separation
Please sort into 4 categories: burnable trash/ PET bottles/cans/bottles.

If you are injured during your stay
The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

About fines
Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.
Please understand that we have made this statement due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.
*Security cameras are installed outside.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If vomiting, spilled drinks, or smoking in the room are found, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).

4. 5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged for a significant delay in check-out time.
