All accommodations at Izu Minkaku are rented as a single building. Since they are completely private, you can enjoy your private space with your family and friends without worrying about being watched. Izu Mintaku offers a management service to operate single-building private accommodations and rental villas on behalf of their owners. From start-up work such as obtaining permits and interior design to actual operation and trouble-shooting, operation can begin with zero operational workload for the owner.
