What should I do if I️ lose power?
It is possible that the usage has gone over the limit. There are breakers in the washroom; if any breakers are turned off, turn them back "ON".

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to other customers' reservations, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Early check-in and late check-out are both available at an additional hourly rate5,000 yen.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the cancellation policy is not met, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 10. Bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
Dog Run
We have a 50-square-meter natural grass dog run covered with artificial turf. The dog run is completely private, so guests can enjoy it without worrying about their surroundings. The height of the dog run fence is about 120 cm.

Are there any off-limits areas?
The 2nd floor is off-limits. Please be considerate of rough behavior by using manner pants, etc. Please contact us in case of any rough behavior.
Limitations on the number of dogs and breeds
Up to 2 dogs are included in the accommodation fee; from the 3rd dog, a fee of 4,000 yen per dog per night will be charged. Please consult us in advance for extra large dogs.

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Is there a cab service?
Yes, there are. Cabs are always in short supply, so we recommend making reservations at least one week to three days in advance of your visit.
Please keep in mind that even if a cab cannot be dispatched by the check-out time, our cleaning staff may still enter the room. If you are coming from Atami Station, there is a cab stand, so there is no need to make a reservation for a cab to the inn.

Access and surroundings
Staircase
It is necessary to go down about 30 steps from the parking space to the entrance of the inn.
Please be careful enough as the stairs are not on private property and some parts are uneven.
Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. For more information, please see the section on shopping, meals, and services.
Cab
Cabs are in short supply in Atami City, so we recommend that you make a reservation the day before. Please note that we will start cleaning even if the cab is not dispatched in time for check-out time.

Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer. BBQ sets do not need to be cleaned. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.
Damage or defacement

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.

About fines
Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).
