Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

What should I do if I️ lose power?
Please check the breaker located in the storage room next to the sofa in the living room on the first floor. If you find a breaker that is set to "OFF," turn it back to "ON.

Reservation Changes
Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Early check-in and late check-out are both available at an additional hourly rate5,000 yen.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even if you use the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, you will be charged the usual additional fee.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 9. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
How to enter, parking, access

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.
Parking lot
There are parking spaces for 3 to 4 cars. If you have a light to regular car (like a Fit or March), you can park 4 cars; if you have one larger car, you can park up to 3 cars.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest station, Jogasaki Kaigan Station, is about a 10-minute walk away.
Cabs are available.?
Taxis are available. Cabs are always in short supply, so we recommend that you make reservations at least one day in advance. When making arrangements with a cab company, please inform them of the inn's address and they will be able to dispatch a cab. Cabs are available at the cherry tree-lined entrance of Izu-kogen Station, so reservations are not required.

Bedrooms and Floor Plans

Three bedrooms.
1F: Living room, 3 western-style rooms, sauna, bath and changing room, toilet
2F: LDK, toilet, western-style room (attached to living room. Can be separated by roll curtains)

Western-style room (1F): 1 double bed
Western-style room on the 1st floor (2): 3 single beds
Western-style room (3) on the 1st floor: 1 double bed
The second floor (bedroom integrated with LDK): 2 single beds (separated only by a roll curtain).
Double beds are designed for two people.
*Some bedrooms cannot be completely private due to the special building structure.
Two of the three bedrooms are separated only by roll screens. Please note that the only bedroom that offers complete privacy is Western-style room (1) on the first floor.
Option (sauna and fireplace)
Sauna
Fee: [11,000 yen/day] is available for use. Please scan the QR code on site and pay by credit card before use. Please be sure to wear a swimsuit.
If you wish to stay for consecutive nights, please pay again after 12:00 noon.
How to use
- Please scan the QR code at the entrance to the Barrel Sauna and pay the fee of 11,000 yen.
- After payment is completed, a PIN number will be issued to open the padlock.
- Activate the panel and press the heater button.
- Set the indoor temperature by plus or minus from the menu button.
- The operation time should also be set using the menu button and the plus/minus buttons.
- After completing the above settings, please confirm that the sauna room temperature has reached the set temperature and enter the sauna.
What precautions should I take to ensure safe use of the sauna?

- Please be sure to wear a bathing suit.
- Please refrain from using the sauna after drinking alcohol, as it is very dangerous.
How many people can use the room at the same time?

If Wifi is not available
The router/modem is located at the location in the image below. Please unplug power from both. Please then turn on the power from the modem and after 5 minutes, turn on the router.

Do you have a TV?
There is no TV, but you can enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, terrestrial broadcasts, etc. on the 120-inch projector installed in the living room on the first floor. If you wish to view paid content, please prepare a paid account as it is not available with our account. If you wish to project your own content, please bring a 3m HDMI cable for connection. Please replace the fireTV stick with a fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal. Please return it to the original position after use.

Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.

Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.

If vomiting, spilled drinks, or smoking in the room are found, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.
