Trouble during your stay
I can't use Wifi.
TV付近にルーター・モデムがあります。そちらを両方とも電源を抜いてください。その後、モデムから電源を入れていただき、5分後にルーターの電源を入れていただけますでしょうか。
If this does not solve the problem, please check that the cable is not firmly plugged in somewhere.
If none of these methods solve the problem, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.
I don't know how to use the projector.
Instructions for use can be found in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.

I can't get hot water. What should I do?

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to other customers' reservations, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 3500 per hourwill be charged.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the details of the cancellation policy on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 12. Bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plan section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
How to enter, parking, access

You are required to check in unattended by obtaining a PIN number from the check-in form that will be sent to you three days prior to your stay.
Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Is there a cab service?
Yes, there are. Due to the constant shortage of cabs, we recommend making reservations at least one week to three days in advance of your visit.
Please note that if a cab cannot be dispatched by the check-out time, our cleaning staff may still enter the room.

Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
An HDMI cable is required for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide HDMI cables, so if you need one, please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long.
Please prepare a conversion cable to connect with HDMI in case of a smartphone.

Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following acts.

About fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that this is due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
