Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

❓I️ don't have hot water. What should I do?
The method of response will vary depending on the situation.

If there is no hot water from the hot water/shower in the kitchen

❓What should I do if I️ lose power?
It is possible that the usage has been overloaded. Enter the warehouse through the door next to the refrigerator (*), open the breakers, and if you find a breaker that is set to "OFF" in the breaker switch, turn it back to "ON".

Reservation Changes

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 35 per hour00 yen.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy has been reached, cancellation fees will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy details in the reservation website.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even if you use the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, you will be charged the usual additional fee.

We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 12. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

How to enter, parking, access

Available check-in times are16:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

How to enter
We will send you a check-in form 3 days prior to your stay. Please enter the room with the PIN number you will obtain after entering the form. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Parking lot
How many cars can I park in the parking lot?
There are parking spaces for 3 cars. *This parking lot is marked as a paid parking lot, but parking is free of charge.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest station is Kawazu Station.

Is it possible to walk from the station to the inn?
You cannot walk. It is less than 10 km from the station to the inn. The bus stop is also far from the inn, so we recommend a cab.

Is there a cab service?
Please note that the number of units is small and the hours of operation are until 5:00 p.m.
Advance reservations are not available. Please be prepared to depart and make arrangements well in advance of your departure.

If Wifi is not available
There is a router and modem on the dining room counter table. Please unplug both from the power supply. Then please turn on the power from the modem (the black machine) and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router (the white machine).
If this does not solve the problem, the cable may not be firmly plugged in somewhere.
If the problem persists, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.

Projector
Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.

Do you have a TV?
No, there is not.

We also have a heater in the living room for your use in winter.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are available?
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, cotton, shaving razors, etc., are provided just like in a hotel.
Please note that amenities are provided once, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Face towels and bath towels are provided twice for those staying 3 nights or more. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer.

Is there a toothpaste?
There is a toothbrush and a set of toothbrushes.

Do you have enough slippers for the number of people?
We have enough for the number of people.

Do you have pajamas?
No, there is not.

A washing machine and gas dryer are available. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are also available.

Cleaning up during your stay
Please wash dishes and place them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and place it in one place inside the building during your stay.

Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. If the level of disturbance is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly. We do not have any problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

About fines
Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.
Please understand that we have made this statement due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If vomiting, spilled drinks, or smoking in the room are found, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).
