Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

The method of response will vary depending on the situation.
If there is no hot water from the hot water/shower in the kitchen

What should I do if I️ lose power?
You may have exceeded your usage; there is a breaker in the room down the stairs on the first floor.

Reservation Changes
Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 2000 per hourwill be charged.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 7. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
How to enter, parking, access
Available check-in times are16:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.
Parking lot
Please park in either of the red boxes. 2 parking spaces are available.
Parking 1 may rub the bottom of the car if the vehicle height is low, such as sedan type.(Please park on the left side of the yellow zone as it is dangerous.) If you park in Parking2, please pull over to the edge.

Is there a cab service?
Yes, there are. Due to the constant shortage of cabs, we recommend making reservations at least one week to three days in advance of your visit.
Please note that if a cab cannot be dispatched by the check-out time, our cleaning staff may still enter the room.
Cabs are available at the cherry tree-lined entrance of Izu-Kogen Station, so there is no need to make a reservation for a cab to the inn.

What is the nearest train station?
It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest "Izu Kogen Station".

You can enjoy BBQ on the charcoal grill. Please be punctual between 9:00 and 21:00. No advance reservation is required.
*Because there is no roof, BBQ is not available in the event of rain. However, if you bring your own tarp, you can use it.

If Wifi is not available
There is a router/modem on a shelf next to the TV in the living room. Please unplug the power from both. Please then turn on the power from the modem and after 5 minutes turn on the router.
If this does not solve the problem, please check that the cable is not firmly plugged in.
If none of these methods solve the problem, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.
Projector / TV related
I don't know how to operate the projector equipment.
Detailed operating instructions are provided in the black booklet inside the facility.
Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
An HDMI cable is required for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide HDMI cables, so if you need one, please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long.
For smartphones, please also provide a conversion cable to connect to HDMI.
Do you have a TV?
The projector can be used with Amazon FireTV Stick. Amazon FireTV Stick can be used with the projector.

Our baths are natural hot springs. The bath size is that of a typical home.
Please note that hot water supply hours are limited due to circumstances of the hot spring supplier.

Can I take a bath right away?
Our inn uses natural hot spring water. Due to the long piping from the hot spring tank to the facility, it may take up to 5 minutes for the warm hot spring water to be released.
Air conditioner
Are all rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, there is.
In addition, one kerosene heater is installed in the living room for your use in winter.
*A box for spare kerosene is located on the right side of the entrance and along the building.
The entrance is on the back side of the building when viewed from the front.

The following amenities are available. Amenities are provided for one stay regardless of the number of nights. Face towels and bath towels are provided twice for stays of 3 nights or more. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer.

Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance. For more information, please see the section on shopping, meals, and services.
Cab
Due to the shortage of cabs, it is recommended to make reservations at least one week to three days in advance. Please note that we will start cleaning even if the cab is not dispatched in time for check-out time.

Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer. BBQ sets do not need to be cleaned. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.
Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.
Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may cause the floor to burn, or in the worst case, cause a fire.
Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.
About fines
Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.
Please understand that we have made this statement due to the bad manners of some of our guests.
1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests
Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.

2. If the room is extremely dirty
If vomiting, spilled drinks, or smoking in the room are found, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.
3. In case of damage or theft
You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).
4. 5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged for a significant delay in check-out time.
