Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

Reservation Changes
Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 2000 per hourwill be charged.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, cancellation fees will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even if you use the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, you will be charged the usual additional fee.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 6. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
How to enter, parking, access
Available check-in times are15:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

When returning from the beach, please be sure to shower to remove sand before entering. There is a shower on the left as you face the entrance of the condominium.




How to enter
We will send you a check-in form 3 days prior to your stay. Please enter the room with the PIN number you will obtain after entering the form. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Parking is allowed anywhere within the Parking Area.
*This is a shared space in a condominium and cannot be reserved.

Cleaning up during your stay
Please wash dishes and place them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and place it in one place inside the building during your stay.
Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.
Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
