Trouble during your stay

I can't use Wifi.
The router and modem are located on the storage cabinet to the left as you enter the living room. Please unplug both of them. After that, please turn on the power from the modem, and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router.
If this does not solve the problem, please check that the cable is not firmly plugged in somewhere.
If none of these solutions work, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.

I can't get hot water. What should I do?
Is the water heater switch on?
If the unit was working at first but stops working in the middle of the day, the safety device may have been activated due to prolonged use.

I don't know how to use the projector.
Instructions for use can be found in the black booklet in the living room of the facility.
Please take a look at that first.
In the event that the projection suddenly stops, please check if the problem is resolved by touching the cord on the back of the machine.

What should I do when the power goes out?
Please check to see if the breaker near the entrance shoe box has been tripped.
Open the breakers and find the breaker switch in the breaker switch that is set to "OFF" and turn it back to "ON".

Reservation Changes

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Additional charge for both early check-in and late check-out is 5000 per hourwill be charged.

Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy has been reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.

We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 14. Bedding is as described in the Bedrooms and Floor Plan section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

How to enter, parking, access

Available check-in times are16:00~22:00.22:00We will not be able to handle any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

How to enter
We will send you a check-in form 3 days before your stay. Please enter the room with the PIN number you will obtain after entering the form. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to be sent as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Three parking spaces are available on site.
Even 3 larger cars can be parked on site.

Is it possible to walk from the station to the inn?
It is a 12-minute walk from the station and approximately 3 minutes by car.

Is there a cab service?
Please note that there are only a few units and that the hours of operation are until 5:00 p.m.
Advance reservations are not available. Please be prepared to depart and make arrangements well in advance of your departure.

Bedrooms and Floor Plans

3LDK (living/dining room, kitchen, bedrooms (Western-style room, Japanese-style room, and Japanese-style room), bath, and toilet) on a single-story house.

■Bedding
Western-style room → 2 semi-double beds
Japanese/Western style room → 1 double bed, 2 sets of futons
Japanese-style room → 4 sets of futons
Living room → 4 sets of futons
Double beds are designed for two people.

The bedding is thick and firm, as used in Japanese inns.

There are no specific areas that are off-limits to visitors, but please be careful not to disturb others.

BBQ

What can you tell me about BBQ?
You can use IWATANI gas grills.
Enjoy BBQ from 9:00 to 21:00.
A foldable roof is available for use on rainy days, but rain may blow in if it is windy.

Cassette gas cylinder, (*) ingredients, sauce, skewers (if necessary), gloves, etc.
Gas cylinders are not made by IWATANI and can be used at home.

*To prevent fires, please refrain from bringing in or using charcoal grills. However, tarps may be brought in.

Do I need to make reservations or pay in advance for BBQ use?
No advance reservation is required. Please pay by credit card using the QR code provided at the facility.

No, there is not. A projector will be used for viewing. Digital terrestrial broadcasting is not available.

Amenities & Laundry

What amenities are available?
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, cotton, shaving razors, etc., are provided just like in a hotel.
Please note that amenities are provided once, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Face towels and bath towels are provided twice for those staying 3 nights or more. Please use the washing machine and dryer available at the hotel.

Is there a toothpaste?
A toothbrush and a set of toothbrushes are available.

Do you have enough slippers for the number of people?
We will prepare enough for the number of people.

Do you have pajamas?
There is no such thing.

Are there washing machines and dryers?
Washing machine and gas dryer are available. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are also available.

Are there any facilities or amenities for children?
Children's spoons and forks and tableware are available.
High chairs are available for some dates, so please inquire.

Fireworks are not allowed in our facility.
Fireworks are allowed at Kawazuhama Beach, which is about a 20-minute walk away, so please go there.

Can I leave my luggage early?
You may leave your luggage at the entrance after 11:00.

Where is the nearest supermarket?
There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the inn. The nearest supermarkets are MaxValu near Kawazu Station and Super Aoki.
Convenience store is about 5 minutes walking distance.

About cleaning up during your stay
Please wash dishes and place them in the drainer basket. Please return any household items that have been rearranged to their original locations. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and place it in one place inside the building during your stay.

Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.

Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If you are found smoking indoors, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, insect repellents, and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event of insect infestation.

Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some of our guests are causing serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood. Please be especially careful of the following acts.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Garbage separation
Please sort into 4 categories: burnable trash/ PET bottles/cans/bottles.

If you are injured during your stay
The inn is not responsible for any injuries sustained during your stay.

About fines
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts. Basically, there is no problem as long as you use common sense.
Please understand that this is due to the bad manners of some of our guests.

1. In the event that the actual number of guests differs from the reserved number of guests

Basically, an additional fee is required for additional people.
. If the actual number of guests differs from the number reserved, you will be charged for the additional guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee. Please be sure to notify us of any changes.

2. If the room is extremely dirty

If vomiting, spilled drinks, or smoking in the room are found, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft

You may be charged the full amount of the applicable item(s).

4. In case of substantial delay in check-out

5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.
