Problems during your stay (hot water, power outage)

You may have exceeded your usage. Please check to see if the breaker has been tripped.

Reservation Changes
Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.Early check-in and late check-out are both available at an additional hourly rate5,000 yen.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.
What is the maximum number of people?
The maximum number of guests is 15. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.
How to enter, parking, access

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Two parking spaces are available on site.
*The fence at the entrance opens, so please open the fence before parking the second car.

Due to the shortage of cabs, we recommend that you make reservations at least one day in advance of your arrival. Please keep in mind that if a cab cannot be dispatched by check-out time, our cleaning staff will still be able to enter the room.

It is a 20-minute drive to Nirayama Station.

No special requirements. You are welcome to bring your dog anywhere on the premises. Please be considerate of roughhousing by using manners pants, etc. Please contact us in case of any misbehavior.
What are the fees?

How to use the sauna
When using the Barrel Sauna, please follow the steps below.
- Please scan the QR code at the entrance to the Barrel Sauna and pay the 8,000 yen usage fee.
- After payment is completed, you will be issued a PIN code, which you can use to open the padlock.
- Activate the panel and press the heater button.
- Set the indoor temperature by plus or minus from the menu button.
- The operation time can also be set using the menu button and plus/minus buttons. (Up to 6 hours can be set.
If you wish to continue using the system after 6 hours, please set the time again). - After completing the above settings, please confirm that the sauna room temperature has reached the set temperature and enter the sauna.
What precautions should I take to ensure the safe use of a barrel sauna?

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.

Any of the following actions may result in a fine. Please use common sense.
