Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Early check-in and late check-out are both available at an additional hourly rate5,000 yen.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people.Even if you use the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, you will be charged the usual additional fee.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
The maximum number of guests is 16. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Parking lot
There is one parking space on site and two to three parking spaces in a second parking lot.
Please note that there are about 20 steps from the parking lot to the entrance.

What is the nearest train station?
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest "Gora Station".
Can I walk to the facility from the station?
It is possible, but please note that Hakone is hilly and the road to the inn is steep.
Is there a cab service?
Yes, there are. Due to the constant shortage of cabs, we recommend making reservations at least one week to three days in advance of your visit.
Please note that if a cab cannot be dispatched by the check-out time, our cleaning staff may still enter the room.

Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.
Do you have a TV that can watch terrestrial digital broadcasting?

Hot Springs
The pumps that pump the hot spring water may stop due to construction or heavy rain, and the hot spring water may not be available in the surrounding area.
If the hot spring is not available, we will refund 15% of the accommodation fee for the applicable nights.
(If there is no hot spring only one night out of three nights, 15% will be refunded for one night).
*The bath will be switched to gas hot water so you can use the bath.
Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.
