You may have exceeded your usage. Please check to see if the breaker has been tripped.

Is early check-in/late check-out available? If so, is there an additional charge?
Due to the reservation with other customers, we will make a decision at 5:00 p.m. on the day before or at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and notify the customer of our decision.
Early check-in and late check-out are both available at an additional hourly rate5,000 yen.
Can I change the dates?
It is possible to change the date, but if the period deserving of the cancellation policy is reached, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy details on the reservation website.
How long can I change the number of people in my group?
Changes in the number of persons can be made up to the day before the stay, both in terms of increase and decrease. Please note that if the number of guests decreases on the day of your stay, no reduction will be made.
*Different rates are set for different days, and in some cases, a reduction cannot be made even if the number of people decreases. Please contact us for details.
Basically, an additional fee will be charged for additional people. Even in the case of temporary use of the facilities without overnight stay, such as BBQ only, an additional fee will be charged as usual.
We have more than the maximum number of guests.
Maximum capacity is 8 people. Bedding is as listed in the Bedrooms and Floor Plans section, but if you would still like to stay in the room, you can do so for the usual additional fee. Please contact us by e-mail or message.

How to enter
You are required to check in unattended by obtaining your PIN from the check-in form that will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay. Please contact us if the check-in form fails to send as some terminals may not be able to send it properly.

Cabs are available.?
Yes, there are. Cabs are always in short supply, so we recommend making reservations at least one week to three days in advance of your visit.
Please keep in mind that even if a cab cannot be dispatched by the check-out time, our cleaning staff may still enter the room. If you are coming from Atami Station, there is a cab stand, so there is no need to make a reservation for a cab to the inn.
What is the nearest train station?
It is about a 20-minute walk to the nearest station, Raikyu Station. Since it is far on foot, we recommend taking a bus or cab.
What is the layout of the rooms?
The layout of the inn is a single-story 2LDK.

If Wifi is not available
The router and modem are located near the living room entrance. Please unplug the power from both. After that, please turn on the power from the modem (the black machine), and after 5 minutes, please turn on the router (the white machine).
If the problem persists, the LAN cable may not be firmly connected.
If none of these methods solve the problem, please send us a picture via message so we can check the status of the modem and router lights.

How do I operate the projector equipment?
Detailed operating instructions are provided in the black booklet inside the facility.
Can I connect my PC (smartphone) or Nintendo Switch to the projector for projection?
You will need an HDMI cable for connection to other devices. The facility does not provide cables, so please bring your own HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. If you wish to connect your smartphone, please also bring a conversion cable to connect it to the HDMI.
Do you have a TV?
None. Amazon FireTV Stick is available for use with the projector.

The hot water at our facility is natural hot spring water. Due to the long piping from the hot spring tank to the facility, it may take 5 to 10 minutes before the warm water comes out.

About cleaning up during your stay
Please wash dishes and put them in the drainer. BBQ sets do not need to be cleaned. Please put all garbage in a bag or box and put it in one place inside the house.
Damage or defacement
If any damage or stain is found on the building, furniture, or equipment, you may be charged for the cost. Please contact us if you find any damage or defacement.
Cigarettes
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors; please smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is found inside the room, you may be charged for the cost of deodorizing and returning the room to its original state.
Hot Springs
The pumps that pump the hot spring water may stop due to construction or heavy rain, and the hot spring water may not be available in the surrounding area. If the hot spring is not available, we will refund 15% of the accommodation fee for the applicable nights. (If the hot spring is not available for only one night out of the three nights, 15% will be refunded for one night.)
The bath will be switched to gas hot water so that the bath can be used.
The outside bath is a hot spring and cannot be used when the hot spring is shut down.

Because the facility is surrounded by nature, insects may come indoors. Vapes, mosquito coils (only from March to October), and insecticidal sprays are available for your use. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that insects are found. Please be sure to use mosquito coils in the correct manner, as placing them directly on the floor may burn the floor and pose a fire hazard.
Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Some guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
If the level of disturbance is too severe, you may be asked to leave the room forcibly. There is no problem with the use of speakers or conversation as long as it is within the bounds of common sense.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.
